This year, 52 students and 2 choral speaking groups (1A and 2A, 64 students in total) participated in the 69th Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival. As usual the amount of work and dedication by both student and teachers of the English Department resulted in excellent results. The English Department is proud to announce that Sun Hoi students won ONE First Place and FOUR Third Place in Solo Verse Speaking and SECOND Place in Choral Speaking. 46 students were awarded Certificates of Merit and 6 students were awarded Certificates of Proficiency. Congratulations to all students concerned and their English teachers.
