This year, 118 S6 students sat the 2023 HKDSE and achieved outstanding results. 84% of our students obtained 2 or above in at least 5 subjects. The passing rate of 7 subjects is 100%. There are at least 50% of the students obtaining 3 or above in 9 subjects. Of special note, 6A Chung Lik Wang obtained 5** in three subjects (Mathematics, Mathematics Module 2 and Physics).

Ng Suet Wa (6C) was the awardee of the Applied Learning Scholarship (2022-2023 Cohort) in our school.
Ng studied Korean Language and Culture. She was commended by the Law’s Charitable Foundation and the Education Bureau for her extraordinary diligence and excellent performance during the two-year’s study. Besides the commendation certificates, she also received a cash award of $1,000.

The Sun Hoi Learning Circle Drone Soccer Competition, supported by Hong Kong Drone Sports Association, was held on 23-24 March. Around 60 students from 11 local primary schools were invited to join the two-day event. All of the participants would first obtain relevant STEM knowledge on the first day and then utilize the knowledge to compete with each other on the second day.

The Excellent Supporting Teacher Nomination Scheme is organized by the Education University of Hong Kong to commend supporting teachers who have demonstrated excellent guidance and support towards their mentees.
Ms. Wong Chun Wah, our Visual Arts teacher, has been recommended for the award by Ms. Lo Yin Wai and subsequently awarded by the Education University of Hong Kong.

The HKQAA My Dream Home programme, supported by the Education Bureau, educates the youth on corporate social responsibility and its key elements, such as environmental protection, occupational health and safety, public health, food safety, equal opportunities, greenhouse gas emissions, energy management, and caring for the challenged groups. This aims to nurture their commitment to civil responsibilities and encourage them to contribute to society, with a goal of getting people from all walks of life to join hands in creating a sustainable community for our future generation.

Our ICT students formed a team to take part in the Cyber Security Youth Project 2023 Website Safety Competition, a contest organized by HKIRC, the sole corporation administering the registration of the top level domain (.hk) in Hong Kong, and supported by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer.
